Response

This is another example of small, foreign, businesses trying to capitalize on the fame of a larger company. Regardless of what the owner says, the logo is clearly influenced off of that of Starbucks. It is a very easy matter to change the name and logo, the character in the middle does not even have to change, just a small amount can be done and it will no longer look like the Starbucks logo.

I’ve seen things like this plenty of times and it eventually becomes annoying because, even if you’re a small business in a poor country, if you want to start a business, you should be aware of laws such as these and want to make a name off of the product you make and not have to leech off of another country.
